In nutshell it is the belief in oneself and abilities, it describes an internal state made up of what we think and feel about ourselves. This state is changeable according to the situation we are currently in and our responses to events going on around us. Forgive & Forget

In a world when we are not perfect so, can we expect people around us to be perfect. We are all imperfect and sometimes things just happen out of anger, jealousy and competition. If we really want to move ahead in life we must learn to forgive people. But can you carry that emotional baggage with you for entire life and let your emotional health suffer, better forgive and forget to concentrate on better things in life and career. This commonly happens at workplace and we keep grudge on people, spoil work environment and our work suffers. So, better shake hands to forgive and forget. It will help you to focus your energy on your near and long-term career goals.
